Our local team have over 10 years experience installing, repairing and maintaining alarm systems. We are a small family-run company, meaning unlike some of the bigger companies out there, we will be here to help you whenever you need. We are also dedicated to making the job work around you. Many companies only attend your home to install and maintain your alarms Monday through Friday. We understand how inconvenient this can be for busy hard working people like yourselves, so our dedicated team are on hand 7 days a week to work around you.

Unlike other companies, we also offer great annual service packages. Once a year, one of our friendly maintenance engineers will visit your property and will perform a full service and battery replacement on your alarm system, ensuring your system is running as it should and making sure you and your home is protected year round.

Installation Day

Once we have completed our initial quote and you have agreed on what level of protection you require, we will arrange for one of our installation engineers to attend your property on a day and time that suits you. Depending on the level of protection you opt for, our simple non-intrusive installation process should only take anywhere from 1 to 3 hours. After the engineer has installed the alarm system he will conduct a full test and then provide yourself and anyone else in the home a walk-through of the entire system (A video guide is also available on our website here)

Upon the day of the Installation, our engineer will arrive fully equipped with everything he will require to complete your protection system. Don’t worry, all our engineers will wear shoe cover to make sure we leave no footprints on your floors, and they all are equipped with vacuums and cleaning products to leave your home as spotless as when they arrived. Unfortunately, the engineer will only have the equipment required to complete the quoted job, so if you require anything additional, please make our staff aware of this during the quotation visit.

Annual Servicing

Unlike other companies, we also offer great annual service packages. Once a year, one of our friendly maintenance engineers will visit your property and will perform a full service and battery replacement on your alarm system, ensuring your system is running as it should and making sure you and your home is protected year round.

During this visit, the engineer will also be able to replace any faulty equipment. If you have a annual service agreement with us you will always receive the addition equipment at a discounted rate.
